About Airport Car Service NYC

In one line: Airport Car Service NYC reserves chauffeured sedans, SUVs, S-Class cars and Sprinters for six New York area airports, with published hourly rates and a written quote before every ride.

Airport Car Service NYC exists for one kind of trip: getting people between New York's airports and the places they are actually going, without guessing at the curb. The site is built as a reservation desk. You tell us the airport, the flight, the passengers, the bags and the destination. We send back a written quote for a specific vehicle class. When the confirmation arrives, the ride is reserved.

That approach is deliberate. Airport pickups go wrong in predictable ways: a car that is too small for the luggage, a driver who does not know which terminal, a price that changes while you wait at baggage claim, or a pin dropped at the wrong door. Most of those problems are solved before the day of travel by collecting the right details and putting them on a confirmation that everyone can see.

How we work

Reserved class, written quote

Every trip is booked as a vehicle class: sedan, SUV, S-Class or Sprinter. Hourly hire uses the published rates, $120 per hour for a sedan and $150 for an SUV with gratuity and fees included, and S-Class from $175 and Sprinter from $200, each with a 3-hour minimum. Direct transfers are quoted for the route. Tolls, parking and extra stops are confirmed in writing, so the number you approve is the number you can plan around.

Flight details on file

We ask for the airline and flight number, or the FBO and tail number for private aviation, so dispatch can plan around the real arrival. You choose a curbside meeting or an inside greeting, and the confirmation states where the chauffeur will be.

Licensed, prearranged trips

For-hire trips in New York City are prearranged through licensed bases under the rules published by the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission. The confirmation names the company that dispatches your trip. Keep it with your quote.

What we cover

Six airports: JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro, Westchester County and MacArthur. From those airports, cars run to and from all five boroughs, Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and the Hamptons, as listed on the service areas page. Beyond airport runs, the same desk books hourly charter, corporate transportation, special events and long-distance trips.

What we will not do

  • Publish a promised drive time. Traffic across New York's bridges and tunnels changes by the hour, and a made-up number helps nobody.
  • Publish a flat airport fare that the final quote would not honor.
  • Treat a submitted form as a reservation before the confirmation is sent.
  • Approach travelers inside a terminal. If someone offers you a ride in the arrivals hall, that is not this service.

Our vehicles

The fleet is organized by class rather than by a single model. The sedan class suits one to three passengers with light luggage; the SUV takes up to six with family luggage; the S-Class is the premium sedan; and the Sprinter moves groups and cargo together. See the fleet page for photos and the rates page for the full board.

Questions about the desk

What kind of service is Airport Car Service NYC?

A reservation desk for private, chauffeured airport transportation. You reserve a vehicle class in advance and receive a written quote; it is not a street hail, a shared van or an on-demand app.

Is there an office I can visit?

The desk works by phone and online. Call (332) 241-7239, email info@airportcarservice.nyc, or use the booking page. The site does not claim a staffed counter at any airport.

Why does the site publish hourly rates but not flat airport fares?

Hourly rates are the same across the service area, so they can be published. Transfers depend on the route, the crossings and the stops, so each one receives its own quote.

Who drives the car?
