Reserve airport car service in NYC.
Use this form to request airport, hourly, or point-to-point service. Reservations are handled through our secure booking provider. A submitted request is not a reservation until the provider confirmation arrives.
Before and after you submit
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Pickup | Airport and terminal, or FBO for private flights; or the full street address |
| Flight | Airline and flight number, or tail number, so dispatch can plan around the real arrival |
| Passengers and bags | Every traveler and every bag, including strollers and sports gear |
| Vehicle class | Sedan, SUV, S-Class or Sprinter; see the fleet page if unsure |
| Meeting | Curbside or inside greeting, plus the traveler's mobile number |
After you submit, dispatch reviews the request and sends the quote and confirmation. The confirmation states the vehicle class, the meeting point and what the price includes. If anything on it does not match your trip, call (332) 241-7239 before the day of travel.
Hourly hire is $120 per hour for a sedan and $150 for an SUV with gratuity and fees included, S-Class from $175 and Sprinter from $200, each with a 3-hour minimum. Direct transfers are quoted by route. The full board is on the rates page; airport notes are on the airports page; common questions are on the FAQ.
Filling in the form by trip type
Airline arrivals at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and MacArthur
Enter the airline, the flight number and the arrival terminal. At JFK, name the terminal, because the airport has several and the chauffeur needs the right one. LaGuardia and Newark each use Terminals A, B and C. MacArthur has a single terminal, so the flight number is enough. Then choose a curbside meeting or an inside greeting.
Private flights at Teterboro and Westchester
For Teterboro and the FBOs at Westchester County Airport, put the FBO name and the tail or trip number where an airline and terminal would go. The chauffeur meets you at the FBO, not at an airline terminal.
Departures and hourly hire
For a ride to the airport, enter the full pickup address and the time the car should arrive, not the flight time. If you need the car to wait between stops, choose hourly charter instead of a one-way transfer. Hourly hire has a 3-hour minimum, and a transfer is quoted by route.
Groups and luggage
A sedan or an S-Class seats up to three passengers, and an SUV up to six. A Sprinter suits groups with cargo, such as team arrivals, wedding parties and event groups; its seating depends on the layout, so enter the full head count and confirm the assigned vehicle. If two travelers land at different terminals and want one Sprinter, list both arrivals. Count every bag, because luggage often decides the class. Compare the classes on the fleet page before you choose.
