Airport car service questions, answered
Short version: Book on the booking page or by phone at (332) 241-7239. Sedan $120 and SUV $150 per hour all-in, S-Class from $175, Sprinter from $200, 3-hour minimum for hourly hire, and direct transfers quoted by route. Your ride is reserved once the confirmation arrives.
The answers below cover the questions travelers ask most often before an airport pickup: how to book, what the rates include, how the meeting works at each airport, and which vehicle fits the luggage. Airport-specific details, such as terminals and FBOs, are on each airport page, and the full rate board is on the rates page.
Booking and confirmation
How do I book a car?
Use the form on the booking page at /book-now or call (332) 241-7239. Enter the pickup airport or address, the drop-off, date, flight number, passengers, bags and vehicle class.
When is my ride actually reserved?
When you receive the confirmation. Submitting the form is a request; dispatch confirms the vehicle class and the quote, and only then is the ride reserved.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Put the traveler’s name and mobile number on the reservation so the chauffeur can reach the right person, and add billing notes if a company is paying.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as the flight and passenger list are settled. Sprinters, S-Class cars, child-seat requests, private-aviation trips and holiday dates fill earlier than a single sedan. Same-day trips depend on what is still available in the requested class.
Rates and payment
What are the hourly rates?
Sedan $120 per hour and SUV $150 per hour, with gratuity and fees included; S-Class from $175 per hour and Sprinter from $200 per hour. Hourly hire has a 3-hour minimum.
Do airport transfers have a 3-hour minimum?
No. The minimum applies when the car is retained by the hour. A direct transfer from an airport to one address gets its own route quote.
Are tolls and parking included?
Trip-specific tolls, parking, airport access charges and extra stops are confirmed on the written quote. If an item is not on your confirmation, ask before you travel.
Airport pickups
Which airports do you cover?
JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty, Teterboro, Westchester County (HPN) and Long Island MacArthur (ISP).
Do you track my flight?
Send the airline and flight number with the reservation. Dispatch uses it to plan around the actual arrival instead of the scheduled time.
Will the chauffeur meet me inside?
You can choose a curbside meeting or an inside greeting when you book. Say which you want, and the confirmation states the meeting point. Greeting, parking and waiting terms are part of the quote.
What if my flight is delayed or bags take a long time?
Waiting on a direct transfer follows the written quote; the site does not publish a guaranteed free waiting window. If you expect a long wait, for example customs at JFK, book hourly time so the car is retained.
Vehicles and luggage
Which vehicle should I choose?
A sedan fits one to three people with light luggage. An SUV suits families or several large suitcases. The S-Class is the premium sedan class. A Sprinter carries groups and cargo. Choose by bags as well as seats.
Can I request a child seat?
Put child-seat requests on the reservation with the child’s age so dispatch can confirm what is available before the ride.
Can I ask for a specific model?
The photos on the site illustrate classes. The confirmation names the class; ask if a particular model matters to you.
Service and licensing
Is the service available around the clock?
Reservations can be requested for any day and time, including early departures, late arrivals and holidays. Availability of the requested class is confirmed with the quote.
Who operates my trip?
New York City for-hire trips are prearranged through licensed bases. The confirmation names the company that accepts and dispatches your trip; keep it with your quote. The NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission publishes the licensing rules.
