Premium transportation solutions for every occasion

Which service fits your trip

Every service on this site is booked the same way: a reserved vehicle class, a written quote and a confirmation before the ride. What differs is how the car's time is used. Some trips are a single drive from a terminal to a door. Others keep the chauffeur for a morning of meetings or an evening event. The board below matches the most common trips to the right service page.

Airport transfers

Most bookings start or end at an airport. Airport transportation covers pickups and drop-offs at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro, Westchester County and MacArthur, with the flight number on file and a choice of curbside meeting or inside greeting. Airport-by-airport notes, including terminals and private-aviation FBOs, are on the airports page.

Corporate and hourly work

Corporate transportation is built for assistants and travel managers who book several names, repeat airport legs or roadshows with multiple stops, and who need receipts that match a passenger and a flight. Hourly charter keeps a car and chauffeur for a booked window, with a 3-hour minimum, which suits a day of meetings, shopping or a flight arrival followed by errands.

Events and weddings

Special events covers galas, concerts, sporting events, weddings and group airport arrivals. Larger parties can travel together in a Sprinter or in several vehicles staged to the same schedule. Send the venue, headcount and arrival windows so the right mix of vehicles can be quoted.

Point-to-point and long distance

Point-to-point service is a direct ride from one address to another, such as a hotel to an office or a home to a restaurant, quoted by route. Long-distance service handles regional trips to the Hamptons, Connecticut, New Jersey and other city pairs, where the distance and crossings shape the quote.

Rates across every service

The hourly figures are the same for every service: $120 per hour for a sedan and $150 per hour for an SUV with gratuity and fees included, S-Class from $175 and Sprinter from $200, each with a 3-hour minimum for hourly hire. Direct transfers are quoted separately. The full board is on the rates page, and each class is shown on the fleet page.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between hourly charter and point-to-point?

Hourly charter keeps the car and chauffeur with you for a booked window with a 3-hour minimum. Point-to-point is a single drive between two addresses, quoted for that route without the hourly minimum.

Can one booking combine an airport pickup and later stops?

Yes. Book it as hourly time from the airport and list the stops in order, or book the airport transfer and a separate trip later. The written quote shows which format you chose.

Do you handle wedding transportation?

Yes, through special events. Send the venues, the timeline and the headcount, and dispatch quotes the vehicle mix, from a single S-Class for the couple to Sprinters for guests.

Are services available outside New York City?

Yes. Trips run to and from Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and the Hamptons, and long-distance trips are quoted as their own itineraries.
